Description

Fly into the world of aerials with our Beginner 2/Pre-Intermediate Mixed Aerial class! This class caters for students with at least a term (10 weeks) of aerial experience and those who are looking to move up to the intermediate level. Spend each week on a different apparatus learning to climb, wrap, invert, pose, flip, drop and more. You will also learn impressive transitions and sequences for each apparatus. You will build strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air.

Prerequisites

Required skill level: Beginner 2 Mixed Aerials

Required skill proficiency: Completed at least a term of aerials (10 weeks). Can confidently invert and mount each apparatus and confident in Beginner 1 level skills. If you are unsure which level class to pick, contact us!
