Accessibility at Bluebirds

We aim to make your visit to Bluebird Diverse Movement as comfortable and inclusive as possible.

Accessibility Features

Wheelchair Access

Our studio is wheelchair accessible via a large, garage-sized entry door at ground level. There are no internal steps. The main floor has a concrete reception area, a wooden floor section and a rubber-matted training area. Our team is always happy to assist with entry or setup if needed, please contact us ahead of your visit if you’d like any support.

Bathrooms

We have gender-neutral toilets available inside the studio. The closest accessible bathroom is located at McDonald's Cartwright, just up the street from the studio (corner of Hoxton Park Road and Lyn Parade).

Lighting & Sound

Our studio uses bright overhead lighting and background music during most classes. We can adjust volume or create a quieter environment for certain sessions upon request.

Seating & Waiting Area

Chairs and benches are available in our reception area for resting or waiting between classes.

Public Transport & Parking

The nearest bus stops are located on Hoxton Park Road, a short walk from the studio. Please contact us if you’d like guidance on the most accessible route. Parking is available within the 12 Lyn Parade complex, with additional parking nearby.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are warmly welcome at Bluebirds.

d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing Visitors

If you would prefer text-based communication, please contact us in advance and we can coordinate via written communication on arrival.

Blind and Low-Vision Visitors

Our space includes a few permanent and temporary obstacles due to the nature of aerial equipment and class setups. We’re happy to minimise these where possible and can provide verbal guidance or orientation assistance upon request.
