Aerial Lyra

Lyra brings you upside down, inside out and is a whole lot of fun!

Aerial lyra, also known as aerial hoop, is a metal hoop that is suspended above the ground. In class, you'll begin by learning to mount and pose in the hoop, exploring various grips and poses. As you progress, you'll develop the skills and confidence to perform spins, transitions, and dynamic movements on the hoop.

You will find yourself developing your strength and flexibility and own unique style!

Aerial Silks

Silks is your playground for strength, adrenaline and dramatic flair!

Aerial silks, also known as aerial tissue, are long pieces of fabric that hang from the ceiling. In class, you'll start by learning to climb, wrap, and lock yourself to create stunning poses and sequences. As you progress, you'll develop the skills and confidence to perform drops, spins, and flips!

This apparatus not only builds your strength, flexibility, coordination, and creativity but also offers a thrilling experience.

Aerial Sling

Sling is the love child of Silks and Lyra, bring your creativity and sense of adventure!

Aerial sling, also known as aerial hammock, is a long loop of fabric suspended from the ceiling. In class, you'll start by learning how to hang, wrap and invert yourself in the sling, exploring various stunning poses and sequences. As you progress, you'll develop the skills and confidence to perform drops, spins, and flips!

You will find yourself developing your strength and flexibility and own unique style!

Balance, Breathe & Float

Aerial Yoga

Find calm, strength, and grace as you flow through the air!

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft hammock suspended from the ceiling. In class, you’ll explore gentle inversions, deep stretches, and flowing sequences that help lengthen and decompress your body. Using the hammock, you’ll build balance, core strength, and flexibility while enjoying the lightness of movement and mindful breathing.

As you progress, you’ll gain confidence to explore more dynamic poses, flips, and transitions - or simply relax and float in restorative postures that melt away tension.

Aerial yoga offers a unique blend of fitness, relaxation, and fun. This class is perfect for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.

Mixed Aerials

We totally understand as they are all so awesome!

In our mixed aerial classes, learn a range of apparatuses each week! This includes aerial lyra (hoop), aerial sling and aerial silks. Start by learning all the basics on each apparatus like inverting, mounting and climbing. Then progress to amazing tricks, poses, rolls and drops! Our mixed aerial classes aim to be fun and exciting, whilst building your strength, flexibility and confidence.

Under the guidance and support of our awesome instructors, our mixed aerial classes will leave you feeling accomplished, creative, and empowered.

Mixed Circus

From ground to air, this class mixes it all!

Our mixed aerial circus class are aimed at our tiny tots (3-5 years) and minis (5-8 years) age groups. These classes include a mix of aerial sling, aerial lyra (hoop) as well as ground circus skills like acrobatics, hula hooping, tricky sticks and more! Suitable for all skill levels, build strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, gross motor skills, social skills and confidence.

Learn the basics of circus in a fun and nurturing learning environment led by our amazing instructors. Classes are limited to 7 students per instructor to ensure plenty of support from our teachers. Grow your wings and take flight in our mixed aerial circus classes!

Inclusive, Safe & Fun

Accommodated

Movement made for you, at your pace!

Our accommodated classes aim to be inclusive and accessible to all. All our accommodated classes have been developed in collaboration with a qualified Occupational Therapist. We have made sure to consider many factors including sensory processing and regulation needs as well as strategies to accommodate diverse needs. These classes are run at times when no other classes are scheduled, and we incorporate the sensory gym to best support the unique needs of each person.

You will have the opportunity to explore aerial apparatus's such as Sling and Lyra in our Mixed Aerial classes or have fun learning skills such as aerials, juggling, plate spinning and hula hoops in our Mixed Circus classes. Whether you're embarking on your aerial or circus adventure for the first time or continuing your practice in a more inclusive setting, our accommodated classes offer you a safe and welcoming space.

Progress at your own pace through our structured level system, designed to support your aerial journey from first flight to advanced mastery.

Intro

Perfect for complete beginners! A fun and relaxed class to try aerials for the first time. No experience needed.

B
Beginner 1

Designed for those new to aerials or coming back after a break. No prerequisites, just enthusiasm!

Beginner 2

For those comfortable with the basics and looking to progress. Completion of Beginner 1 (or equivalent experience) required.

P
Pre-Intermediate

Building on foundational skills, focusing on combinations and strength transitions. Completion of Beginner 2 (or equivalent experience) required.

I
Intermediate

For students confident with aerial sequencing, working toward clean technique and greater height. Completion of Pre-Intermediate (or equivalent experience) required.

H
High Intermediate

Emphasising endurance, form, and dynamic movement. Completion of Intermediate (or equivalent experience) required.

P
Pre-Advanced

For experienced aerialists refining complex transitions and drops. Completion of High-Intermediate (or equivalent experience) required.

A
Advanced

For seasoned aerialists training choreography, creative expression, and advanced skills. Completion of Pre-Advanced (or equivalent experience) required.

How Our Levels Work

Tinys, Minis, Kids & Teens

Students move through levels under the guidance of their instructors. We offer optional progress sheets so you can track your skills and celebrate milestones.

At the end of term, you will receive personalised feedback and if you’re ready to move up, a Certificate of Achievement marking your progress!

Adults

You’re welcome to self-assign your level, with advice and support from your teacher to ensure the best fit.

Progress sheets are available upon request to help you track your skills and celebrate milestones.
