Mixed Aerial Circus

Fly into the world of mixed aerials with our Beginner 1/Beginner 2 class! This class caters for complete beginners and will go through Lyra, Silks and Sling. Learn the basics of hangs, wraps inverts and sequences and build up to more dynamic movements and complex skills, sequences, spins and drops. It also caters to those in the beginner 2 level, working on more complex tricks and sequences. You will quickly build confidence, strength and flexibility along the way.
